• Rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) per vehicle per way / tour basis.
• Vehicles are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• A deposit of 25% to 50% from the total fare is required upon booking.
• If deposit amount less than MYR300, full settlement is required.
• The balance payment to be made at least 5 days prior to commencement of services.
• An additional of 50% surcharge will be applies for pick up and drop off between 2330 to 0630 hrs.
• Credit Card payment will be base on Malaysia Ringgit and a 4.0% (e-commerce charge) + MYR5.00 (service charge) will be applied on all payment made via Credit Card.
• Maximum waiting time for transfer / tour is 30 minutes from the mentioned  pick up time.
• The rates quote are inclusive of Chauffeur, Fuel, Toll, Parking fees and applicable government tax.
• The rates quote are exclusive entrance fee, tour guide fees, extra hour, midnight surcharges and waiting hour.

Cancellation Terms

Should the client wish to cancel after making their full and final payment, they will be refunded based on their cancellation date valid when the company received their cancellation request in writing (mail, email, facsimile). The amount will be refund as follows:

• Deposit not refundable.
• Less than 3 week 50% of Total Tour / Transfer Fare Chargeable.
• Less than 2 week 80% of Total Tour / Transfer Fare Chargeable.
• Less than 1 week 100% of Total Tour / Transfer Fare Chargeable.
• No refund will be made if you fail to utilize in full the items booked for.
• All confirmed booking, “ No-Show ” or last minute cancellation are Non-refundable.
• A minimum administrative fee of MYR50 will be levied.
